“How to Meditate
a Zen Monk...
If you’d like to meditate as deeply (actually
more deeply) than a Zen monk, literally at
the touch of a button, this may be one of the
most important messages you will ever read.
Here is why...
Based in part on Nobel Prize-winning
research on how “complex systems” (human
beings, for instance) evolve to higher levels
of functioning, a mental improvement
program has been created utilising a powerful
audio technology called Holosync®.
A precise combination of audio signals gives
the brain a very specific stimulus that creates
states of deep meditation — and causes the
creation of new mind-enhancing neural
connections between left and right brain
Here’s what other Australians are
saying about Holosync® ...
“I’ve had a massive decrease in my stress
level. I sit for 11⁄2 hours in peak hour traffic
and arrive at work cheerful and unfazed.”
- Janet Prentice, Sydney, NSW
“I sleep beautifully, concentrate with ease,
people have commented on how confident
and well I look.” - Gregory O’Keeffe, Qld
“I am now happy and content. I am awake
and alert at 6.00am after a wonderful sleep
and have lots of energy.”
- Anna Van Raay, Burwood, Vic
“I am more centred and happy. My brain
feels like it has been switched on.”
- Doris Ruiner, Gleniffer, NSW
“I am sleeping better and best of all, my
health is now gradually improving.”
- Margaret Farrar, Qld
Now a New CD and Report Reveal ...
The scientific evidence proving how
Holosync® increases the production in the
brain of many vital neuro-chemicals that
can slow ageing.

the touch of a button.

The worldwide movement towards
eating local, seasonal and sus-
tainable foods is receiving inn-
ovative support from the Illawarra area
The GROW LOCAL Illawarra Edible
and Native Garden Guides was launched
in late November as a partnership
between Wollongong, Kiama and
Shellharbour Councils, and with support
from the NSW Environmental Trust.
The two free guides cover everything
from plant selection and garden design,
to growing local native bush foods and
And we learn that local greens are
already winning culinary favour in the
home of gastronomy with Warrigal
Greens grown in the Illawarra being
airfreighted to France and served in Paris
Launching the guides, Wollongong
City Lord Mayor Gordon Bradbery
welcomed the initiative:
“When you think of Australia’s bush
foods you think of things like macadamia
nuts, lemon myrtle and bunya nuts. But
those plants aren’t native to the Illawarra.
Here, in our backyards, we can grow
our very own Sandpaper Figs, Lilly Pilly
and Illawarra Plum Pines.
“Wouldn’t it be great if gardens
across the Illawarra started to grow
some of our own native plants, especially
since the French have already discovered
just how good Warrigal Greens are?”
All up, the guides have details of 115
local native plants, 100 edible fruits and
vegetables, and 39 of these species are
bush foods. The paperback guides also
split the Illawarra into four geographic
zones, so people can grow the plants best
suited to their gardens.

Councils or can be downloaded from
