"How to Meditate
a Zen Monk...
If you'd like to meditate as deeply (actually
more deeply) than a Zen monk, literally at
the touch of a button, this may be one of the
most important messages you will ever read.
Here is why...
Based in part on Nobel Prize-winning
research on how "complex systems" (human
beings, for instance) evolve to higher levels
of functioning, a mental improvement
program has been created utilising a powerful
audio technology called Holosync®.
A precise combination of audio signals gives
the brain a very specific stimulus that creates
states of deep meditation --- and causes the
creation of new mind-enhancing neural
connections between left and right brain
Here's what other Australians are
saying about Holosync® ...
"I've had a massive decrease in my stress
level. I sit for 1½ hours in peak hour traffic
and arrive at work cheerful and unfazed."
- Janet Prentice, Sydney, NSW
"I sleep beautifully, concentrate with ease,
people have commented on how confident
and well I look." - Gregory O'Keeffe, Qld
"I am now happy and content. I am awake
and alert at 6.00am after a wonderful sleep
and have lots of energy."
- Anna Van Raay, Burwood, Vic
"I am more centred and happy. My brain
feels like it has been switched on."
- Doris Ruiner, Gleniffer, NSW
"I am sleeping better and best of all, my
health is now gradually improving."
- Margaret Farrar, Qld
Now a New CD and Report Reveal ...

Brisbane has been chosen as the
starting point for the world's
first one day yoga 'relay' being
held to raise funds for charity.
The novel fundraiser on September 8 will
see groups in over 20 countries unite in
an effort to raise $1 million with 100%
percent of the proceeds going directly to
the selected charitable organisations.
After saluting the sun in Brisbane, the
event will end at sundown in Los Angeles.
Yoga Aid Foundation, an international
nonprofit organisation that raises funds
for charities through philanthropic
yoga events, has organised this event to
benefit 15 humanitarian-based charities
The Yoga Aid World Challenge will
bring together renowned teachers, studios
and students in over 20 countries, creating
a united community. During these events,
yogi participants will embark on a two
hour yoga practice as a way to celebrate
the funds they raised for the charity
Unlike any other event, all expenses
are supported privately, ensuring 100%
of donations go straight to the charities.
The Australian charities chosen to
benefit this year include Barnardos, Black
Dog Institute and The Nelune Foundation.
Organisers are anticipating even greater
interest this year after more than 200
people attended in Brisbane last year.
People inspired by The Yoga Aid World
Challenge are encouraged to sign up and
become Community Ambassadors to
organise and host a local event, whether
the venue be a nearby park, studio or
community centre. Furthering Yoga Aid's
commitment to giving, the Foundation
will provide all of the necessary tools
and funding for the creation of any local
event scheduled during the 24 hour
global yoga relay. "The Yoga Aid World
Challenge is more than just our way to
give back. It is an international charit-
able platform uniting all yogis for the
greater good and activating a sense of
joy in giving back to the world, " said
Eriko Kinoshita, Co-founder, Yoga Aid
