"How to Meditate
a Zen Monk...
If you'd like to meditate as deeply (actually
more deeply) than a Zen monk, literally at
the touch of a button, this may be one of the
most important messages you will ever read.
Here is why...
Based in part on Nobel Prize-winning
research on how "complex systems" (human
beings, for instance) evolve to higher levels
of functioning, a mental improvement
program has been created utilising a powerful
audio technology called Holosync®.
A precise combination of audio signals gives
the brain a very specific stimulus that creates
states of deep meditation --- and causes the
creation of new mind-enhancing neural
connections between left and right brain
Here's what other Australians are
saying about Holosync® ...
"I've had a massive decrease in my stress
level. I sit for 1½ hours in peak hour traffic
and arrive at work cheerful and unfazed."
- Janet Prentice, Sydney, NSW
"I sleep beautifully, concentrate with ease,
people have commented on how confident
and well I look." - Gregory O'Keeffe, Qld
"I am now happy and content. I am awake
and alert at 6.00am after a wonderful sleep
and have lots of energy."
- Anna Van Raay, Burwood, Vic
"I am more centred and happy. My brain
feels like it has been switched on."
- Doris Ruiner, Gleniffer, NSW
"I am sleeping better and best of all, my
health is now gradually improving."
- Margaret Farrar, Qld

Walter van Praag, an ambassador
for Cystic Fibrosis Australia,
born with CF himself, is at it
again. This time 47 year old
van Praag, is planning a 5,000 km ride from
Vietnam to Singapore to continue raising
international awareness for the severe
genetic disorder affecting mainly the lungs
but also other organs.
Heading off on September 1, the ride
is dubbed Viet2Sing and is done under
the banner of Coughing4CF, the name van
Praag uses for his adventures. Walter, from
Turners Beach Tasmania, compiled a team of
dedicated friends to cycle with him. The
rotating support team of five is drawn from
Canberra, Perth, Adelaide, Brisbane, Port
Moresby and Canada. Together, they will
create history by attempting to cycle through
Asia on 200 watt electric bicycles provided
by Queensland-based ZOCO Electric Bikes.
Another sponsor has supplied a support
vehicle for the first three weeks, and the
ball is rolling!
Still in need of lots of support, the
team has booked their flights and training,
preparation and fundraising is in full swing.
Walter 's challenges will not only be to
find power to charge two batteries per day
for each of the four bicycles, he will also
need to keep healthy and pedal hard to
cover at least 100kms per day. Walter will
also swallow 1500+ pills, nebulise, do a
couple of hours of daily therapy and regularly
inject insulin during the epic ride.
During the two months' journey there
will be an Everyday Hero website set up to
donate to the CF Association of Australia for
which the team aim to raise $5000.
In 2007 Walter and a team of friends
rode more than 4000 kms from Paris to
Istanbul across 10 European countries. This
was made into a book and documentary
called Coughing the Distance. Walter
received CNN coverage and press in many
countries, culminating in an Order of
Australia Medal for raising worldwide
community awareness for Cystic Fibrosis. He
was also named one of the Top 20 Faces of
Australian Cycling by the Australian Cyclist
