“How to Meditate
a Zen Monk...
If you’d like to meditate as deeply (actually
more deeply) than a Zen monk, literally at
the touch of a button, this may be one of the
most important messages you will ever read.
Here is why...
Based in part on Nobel Prize-winning
research on how “complex systems” (human
beings, for instance) evolve to higher levels
of functioning, a mental improvement
program has been created utilising a powerful
audio technology called Holosync®.
A precise combination of audio signals gives
the brain a very specific stimulus that creates
states of deep meditation — and causes the
creation of new mind-enhancing neural
connections between left and right brain
Here’s what other Australians are
saying about Holosync® ...
“I’ve had a massive decrease in my stress
level. I sit for 11⁄2 hours in peak hour traffic
and arrive at work cheerful and unfazed.”
- Janet Prentice, Sydney, NSW
“I sleep beautifully, concentrate with ease,
people have commented on how confident
and well I look.” - Gregory O’Keeffe, Qld
“I am now happy and content. I am awake
and alert at 6.00am after a wonderful sleep
and have lots of energy.”
- Anna Van Raay, Burwood, Vic
“I am more centred and happy. My brain
feels like it has been switched on.”
- Doris Ruiner, Gleniffer, NSW
“I am sleeping better and best of all, my
health is now gradually improving.”
- Margaret Farrar, Qld

Do something new this year
that nourishes you, body,
mind and soul.
There can be few places as beautiful to
spend time at as the Blue Mountains
Botanic Garden, Mount Toma h. So,
if you have a few hours to spare in
2013 and a passion for plants, conservation and
people why not consider becoming a volunteer
guide at the Blue Mountains Botanic Garden?
The Garden is recr uiting volunteers for
its Volunteer Guiding Program. Volunteer
guides take visitors on tours around the
Garden and provide important interpret ation
to vi sitors. Guided walk s are offered most
days. While an interest in gardens and plants
is required, volunteer s do not have to be
experts as full training will be provided. As
a volunteer you will be joining the volunteer
force of the Royal Botanic Gardens and
Domain Trust, which includes the Royal
Bot anic Garden, Sydney, the Australian
Botanic Garden, Mount Annan and the Blue
Mountains Botanic Garden, Mount Tomah.
Frank and Ros Allat have been volunteer
guides at the Blue Mountains Botanic G arden
for many years after wanting to be come
involved in a local activity. “At the training
we enjoyed the company of the participants
and were stimulated by the ne w knowledge
we gained. Since then, guiding once or twice
a month has given us the opportunity to put
this knowledge to good use and to g ain more
knowledge from the always friendly and
helpful staff,” say the couple.
“Apart from the stunning views, the
Garden is full of sea sonal attractions which
a re a lways a pleasure to visit. Meeting
interesting people from all over the world is
a n addition al bonus. Over this time we have
watched the Garden grow and change and
have enjoyed being a part of this enterprise.”
If you would like to join our team of
friendly volunteer guides an information day
is being held in the Wollemi Room at the Blue
Mountains Botanic Garden on Thursd ay
Janu ar y 31, 2013 from 10.30am —12 .30pm.
Application forms will be provided at the
information day. Selected applicants will be
asked to attend a two day training course at
the Garden on February 26 and 27 2013.
To register your attenda nc e at the
information day and for more information
please call Louise Clifton on 02 4567 3014
or email louis e.c email@example.com sw.gov.au .
